Add Users

The add users page is where you create new users for individual forms.

From this section you can add new users to your web form software.

Field	Description
Email	Add the user's email you want to receive a form.
Name	This should be the first name of your user.
Address	Type user's street address if the field is required.
City	Type user's city if the field is required.
State	Type user's state if the field is required.
Zip	Type user's zip if the field is required.
Country	Select user's country of origin.
Setup a reminder for this user	This allows you to send automatic reminders to the user, you must set up a chron job on your server to do this.
